We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia.

PICK-UP (INVERCARGILL):

We offer free pick-up for those who are able to collect from our Invercargill address. Simply choose the pick-up option at checkout and send us a message to arrange a time to collect!

NEW ZEALAND:

For orders that are for smaller items such as jewellery, we have a flat rate of
$6 for urban deliveries, and $9 for rural addresses.

If your order contains pots, please ensure you use the POT SHIPPING option relevant to which island you live in.
Pot shipping rates are:

SOUTH ISLAND URBAN: $12
RURAL: $14

NORTH ISLAND URBAN: $16
RURAL: $20

PLEASE ENSURE YOU PICK THE CORRECT OPTION WHEN YOU CHECKOUT.
If the shipping option you selected does not match your address, we will be in touch to rectify that. Mistakes happen!

AUSTRALIA:

We are now shipping jewellery and smaller items to Australia!
Shipping is a flat rate of $15
*Please note: we do not currently ship pots to Australia.

INVERCARGILL PICK-UP & DELIVERY

We currently offer FREE delivery to Invercargill addresses within postcodes 9810 and 9812.

Free pick-up from our Invercargill address is also available if you live out of town, but can get to Invercargill

We aim to have your order sent within two working days of placement. However, when we are busy, that time frame may be extended.

Please allow up to two weeks for personalised orders to be completed after placing your order.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However we do want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is any damage or other issues with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
